Temporary or Contract

Temporary or contract assignments are for a fixed amount of time. You will typically know the start and end date. These will sometimes change in the middle of an assignment. Some employees are on assignment 8 hours and some are on assignment for five years.

Temporary-to-Permanent

This is a trial position to gauge the candidate’s ability to work for the company on a regular full-time basis. It’s more like a “try before you buy” program. Normally the candidate works for 3-6 months and then they become permanent employee for the client company.
