Our Services
We make the connection between the company (culture), job (opportunity) and candidate (talent).
Temporary or contract assignments are for a fixed amount of time. You will typically know the start and end date. These will sometimes change in the middle of an assignment. Some employees are on assignment 8 hours and some are on assignment for five years. The Simplr Resource Staffing Inc. is paid on an hourly basis. For every hour that the candidate works, the Simplr Resource Staffing Inc. is paid.
This is a trial position to gauge the candidate’s ability to work for the company on a regular full-time basis. It’s more like a “try before you buy” program. Normally the candidate works for 3-6 months and then they become permanent employee for the client company. The client must keep the candidate on a trial basis for the length of the contract. Simplr Resource Staffing Inc. is paid on an hourly basis. For every hour that the candidate works, Simplr Resource Staffing Inc. is paid. However, the client can opt to hire the candidate before the contract period is over for a conversion fee.
For permanent positions Simplr Resource Staffing Inc. acts as a recruiting firm to screen and hire candidates for regular full time positions, and then employees are hired directly by the employer.
Listed here are three different pricing models for you to choose from:
Plan A- Contingency Search
We are only paid upon the successful completion of a search—typically when the candidate accepts the position.
- 25% straight contingency you pay nothing if we aren’t successful.
- 30-day replacement policy.
- Guarantee at least 3 interviewable candidates within 30 days, that have been pre-screened.
Plan B-Engaged Search
We require an up-front fee from the client before engaging in the search. The engaged search commitment fee is refundable if we are unable to achieve a hire or other deliverable specified in the contract.
- $5000 engagement fee to begin the search which is refundable to the you if we do not complete the search.
- 28% contingency fee less the $5000 engagement.
- 60-day replacement policy.
- Guarantee at least 3 interviewable candidates within 30 days, that have been pre-screened,assessed, and reference checked prior to submittal.
Plan C-Retainer Search
We require a retainer (up-front fee) to perform a specific search for a specified position. Payments may be made in thirds, 1/3 of fee paid on initiation of the search, 1/3 paid thirty days later or during 1st round interviews, and the final paid upon the placement of the candidate. The fee for this service is due whether or not a hire is made.
- 30% retainer fee
- 1/3 payment required to begin the search.
- 1/3 payment required at the face-to-face interview stage.
- 1/3 payment required once the candidate is placed.
- 1 year sliding scale; depending on level of position replacement policy.
- Guarantee at least 3 interviewable candidates within 30 days, that have been pre-screened,assessed, and reference checked prior to submittal.
