The Role:
We are looking for highly motivated, intelligent and passionate Business Development Managers.
You will work with our executive team and have the ability to directly impact the success of the business. Your passion will shine through in your conversations with top clients by selling them on what we have to offer.
Conduct client meetings:
Collaborate with a team of recruiters to successfully recruit and deliver your client requirements. This includes daily and weekly update meetings, assisting with recruitment plans, as well as performance management.
The successful candidate will be expected to offer constructive, entrepreneurial and forward thinking ideas and concepts to assist in the development and growth of simplr Resource Staffing as a leading resource management solutions business.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the company sales revenue goals, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives.
- Ability to develop a new account base, establish relationships, and close viable business opportunities.
- Meeting or exceeding defined quarterly and annual goals.
- Exercise independent judgment with respect to identifying opportunities by building relationships through telephone and email communication
- Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Ability to plan, organize and manage time
- Must be willing to travel as required
- Build solid relationships with Account Managers and serve as a key role in the recruiting process.
Requirements
- A proven background in selling contract staffing solutions within a specialist sector, coupled with a strong understanding of the various models available. Able to provide strong examples of building networks, developing business and managing multiple assignments.
- Previous business development success and an ability to bring new business into the company is vital
- Confident, self-motivated, determined and ambitious individuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of clients.
- Candidate must be able to work on a commission only basis .
