Our Account Managers are looking for highly motivated, intelligent and passionate Sales Recruiters to fill positions quickly. You will work with our executive team and have the ability to directly impact the success of the Recruiter Marketplace. Your passion will shine through in your conversations with top candidates when screening them for a job and cultural fit and selling them on what we have to offer.

Daily Duties:

• Source, recruit and select candidates that fit our client’s roles.
• Manage the full cycle hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build solid relationships with Account Managers and serve as a key role in the recruiting process.
• Get paid a premium placement fee for every hired candidate.
